Delivery access
Our delivery trucks need a clear, reasonably level path from the road to the building site — no low-hanging branches, tight gates, or soft ground that could get a truck stuck. If you're not sure your property will work, give us a call before you order and we'll talk through it.
A level site saves headaches later
Buildings set on uneven ground settle unevenly, which can cause doors to stick and stress the frame over time. Gravel pads, a few runners, or a simple leveled dirt site are usually enough — you don't need a poured foundation for most storage or metal buildings.
Rural Southwest Mississippi means longer lead times sometimes
If you're further out from Jayess — toward McComb, Magnolia, Tylertown, or the surrounding county roads — delivery scheduling just takes a little more coordination on our end. We'll always give you a real delivery window up front, not a guess.
